You don’t have to navigate recovery alone.
Life In Many Colors Foundation supports burn and trauma survivors — and the families walking beside them. If you or someone you love is carrying the physical, emotional, or financial weight of a burn or traumatic injury, we’re here, and reaching out is simple. There’s no cost, and no obligation.
What we can help with
Emergency & recovery assistance. One-time financial help with recovery-related costs — things insurance often doesn’t cover, from co-pays and supplies to getting to and from treatment.
Travel & childcare for treatment. Support with travel, lodging, and childcare so families can be present for burn and trauma care without choosing between treatment and everyday life.
Physical therapy & bodywork. Access to recovery-supporting physical therapy and therapeutic massage through our partner providers — Arvada Massage & Stretch and Denver’s Women’s Massage — to help with mobility, scar tissue, and the physical toll of recovery.
Peer & emotional support. Connection to other survivors who understand. You can be matched with someone who has walked a similar road, or simply talk with someone who gets it.
Resources & referrals. Guidance to burn centers, support groups, and financial-aid programs across Colorado. If we’re not the right fit for your need, we’ll help you find who is.
Who we help
We focus on burn and trauma survivors in Colorado and their families, but we review every request individually and case by case. Whether you’re a survivor, a caregiver, or a family member, please reach out — if what you need falls outside what we can directly provide, we’ll do our best to point you toward someone who can.
How to ask for help
Choose whatever feels easiest:
- Call us at (909) 333-5462.
- Message us through our Contact page — tell us a little about your situation and how to reach you.
What happens next
We’ll confirm we received your request, usually within a few business days. A team member will reach out to learn more about your situation and what would help most, and we’ll work with you on next steps — assistance, a connection, or a referral. Everything you share with us is kept confidential and is used only to help you.
If you’re in crisis right now
This page isn’t monitored around the clock. If you’re in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please call 911, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline any time by calling or texting 988. You deserve support right now, not later.
